How do I get my files?

Right after payment, your download links arrive by email and appear on your order confirmation page. If you have an account, they also stay under My Orders.

 

Which paper size are the files?

Most printables come in A4 and US Letter. The product page lists the sizes included. Always print at 100% or “Actual size”, with “Fit to page” turned off.

 

Which paper should I use?

Matte cardstock of about 200–250 gsm (65–80 lb cover) works for favor boxes, toppers and signs. Labels print well on plain or sticker paper.

 

Can I print as many copies as I need?

Yes, for your own events. Files are for personal use: please don’t resell, share or redistribute them.

 

Do you have files for Cricut and Silhouette?

Some designs include cut files (SVG or Silhouette Studio). The product page says which files are included.

 

Can you personalize a design?

Selected designs can carry a name, an age or a date. For anything else, start a custom order from our Custom orders page.

 

Do you ship printed items?

Yes. Selected sets are printed on cardstock and shipped from Portugal by tracked registered mail. Prices on the site are for the items only. You pay once: place your order with the offline payment option, we weigh and measure the package and email you a single payment link for the items plus shipping. We ship once it is paid. Printed items are not shipped to Brazil.

 

Is there a discount for buying several printables?

Yes. Mix any 4 printables and save 10%, or 8 and save 15%. The discount appears in your cart automatically.

 

Can I return a digital download?

Digital files are delivered instantly, so they can’t be returned. If a file is damaged or missing, write to us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

 

What if my printed order arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

 

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are shown in your local currency where available: US dollar, euro, Mexican peso or Brazilian real.
