These terms apply to purchases on partoon.com. By placing an order you accept them.

 

Personal-use license

Printables are licensed for personal use. You may print them as many times as you need for your own events and celebrations. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or sell printed copies.

 

Digital downloads

Download links are delivered right after payment, by email and on your order page. By placing your order you ask us to make the files available immediately, and you acknowledge that once the download is available you lose your right of withdrawal for digital content (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). If a file is damaged or missing, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

 

Printed and shipped items

Printed items are made in and shipped from Portugal. Prices are for the items only and shipping is not charged at checkout: you place the order with the offline payment option and we email you a single payment link for the items plus shipping, based on weight and size, with the delivery time and any import charges outside the EU. We ship once it is paid; if you decide not to pay it, the order is cancelled at no cost. Personalized items are made to order.

 

Colors and sizes

Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers and papers. Print at 100% (“Actual size”) for the sizes stated on each product page.

 

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include the discounts shown in your cart. Payment is taken at checkout.
